2024 Ponce Inlet Lifetime Achievement Award
Since 2002, our organization has honored Ponce Inlet citizens who have volunteered in our community for over 20 years with a Lifetime Achievement Award. More than one person may receive this award each year.
Qualifications for the Award are as follows:
- May be bestowed on a citizen or citizens who have served the community for over 20 years, they may be, and often are, awarded to former Citizens of the Year.
- Nominations must be limited to one page, citing the nominee’s Ponce Inlet related accomplishments.
- Nominations now being accepted! Official Deadline: April 3, 2024 at noon.
Nominations may be submitted electronically (below) or via paper form. Paper forms should be hand delivered, in a sealed envelope, to the CFPi Auxiliary Mailbox at the Ponce Inlet Community Center office at 4670 S. Peninsula Drive.
